Skip: Integration Overview

With Deliverect's integration, receive orders from your Skip account and have them automatically sent to your POS. You are also able to manage your menu and much more.

How it works

  1. The customer places an order on Skip.

  2. The order is automatically accepted and sent to Deliverect and your POS (or Delivery Manager App).

Auto-accept needs to be activated for your orders to be automatically sent to your POS. Please contact your Skip account manager to activate it.

How to set up

Follow the steps in this article. When asked to select your online delivery platform, choose Skip.

Alcoholic products

The following disclaimer is necessary if you're selling alcohol on your menu.

  • Category description: Age Verification 18+: If the order contains alcohol items, the recipient of this order is required to present valid government ID to the courier at the time of delivery. This ID must match the name on the order. If the courier is unable to safely verify your ID, or if this condition or any other condition in the Skip Terms of Service is not met, the order will not be delivered and will be subject to a $20 fee.

  • Product description: The following information is required to be added in the description of any item alcoholic item:

    • ABV %

    • Size of the item (e.g. ml, oz)

    • Quantity of the item (if applicable)

    • E.g. Corona Extra (12 Bottles), Bud Light Apple (12 Cans)

Your menu must be completed prior to activation. If selling alcohol, an addendum will be sent to you by the Skip team via Docusign. Please sign this as soon as possible as this will prevent any delays when activating the integration.
